Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. You’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details once your shipment has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer standard and expedited shipping options to meet your needs:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.
Please note: delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak demand periods.
International Shipping
FloraHeal currently ships to select international destinations. International orders may take 10–20 business days depending on customs clearance and local postal services.
Customs duties, taxes, and fees (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our shipping costs.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your shipment’s progress in real time.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Support Team at support@floraheal.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you and our shipping partners to resolve the issue promptly.
Shipping Restrictions
